Pai Yung Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is a very ancient Chinese martial art emphasizing "Balance in harmony between nature and oneself." It is the beautiful result of a lifetime of devotion to one's training. Few have equaled the innovation and overall mastery of the internal arts passed on by Grandmaster Daniel Kane Pai. Pai Yung Tai Chi is truly the nucleolus of the "Pai" Family Martial Arts.

Grandmaster Pai spent over a decade training and developing his top Tai Chi student, Simo Denise Vigi. Prior to the passing of Simo Denise Vigi on December 2, 1996, she presented her notes, manuals, scriptures and charts to her beloved friend and student Simo Hilda G. Wilson. It is her personal quest to pass this valuable knowledge on to other serious Pai Lum practitioners.

In our system of Pai Lum Tao Kung Fu, we emphasize the teachings of Pai Yung Tai Chi and Quan Nien Chi Kung. Beneficial effects of Tai Chi and Chi Kung training have been medically proven to produce results in cases such as:

Diabetes
Untimely Senility
Cardiac Disorders
Insomnia
Waist and Back Pain
Asthma
and treatments for the elderly to improve balance and coordination.
